Do you travel, or only work at certain venues?
We cater throughout Chicago and the surrounding areas and are proud to be a Preferred Vendor at some of the city's most sought-after venues, including Bridgeport Art Center, Rockwell on the River, Arbory, and The Joinery, to name a few.

With over 18 years of experience, we've mastered the art of bringing all the moving pieces of an event together, from the flow of service to collaborating seamlessly with fellow vendors.

How many guests can you accommodate?
From intimate gatherings to grand celebrations, we're equipped to bring the Cocina Fusion experience to events of all sizes. We typically cater weddings and events ranging from 80 to 250+ guests, but we understand that every celebration is unique.
Have something smaller or larger in mind? We'd still love to hear from you. We're always happy to explore what's possible rather than let a number define the conversation.
What's included beyond the food?
Exceptional food is at the heart of what we do, but a seamless event is about so much more than what's on the plate.
Our *All-Inclusive service includes professional staffing, setup, dinnerware, flatware, glassware, and the necessary kitchen equipment to ensure everything comes together effortlessly. We also offer additional in-house rental options to help bring your desired aesthetic and atmosphere to life.
Our goal is simple: to take care of the details so you can be fully present and enjoy the occasion.

Do you offer tastings?
Absolutely! We believe the best way to envision your menu is to experience it firsthand. Our tastings give you and your partner the opportunity to sit down with us, savor the dishes you're considering, and explore the flavors that will become part of your celebration. It's also a chance to collaborate, fine-tune the details, and create a menu that feels distinctly yours.
Tastings are available prior to booking for a nominal fee, which is credited toward your event should you choose to celebrate with us.
How much are your services?
While pricing varies depending on your event's unique requirements, menu, and serving style, our *All-Inclusive experience starts at $180 per guest, including linens, dinnerware, and staffing for a seamless, thoughtfully curated event. For more intimate gatherings, our à la carte offerings provide greater flexibility, with pricing tailored to your specific needs.
